Segment 4: An Ode to the Brodie. 

Ok, so neither of us are doctors, but we do discuss the importance of doctrine, and especially as it relates to the pressures that the church experiences.  According to a recent BBC survey, 1 in 4 British Christians do not believe the resurrection was a factual event.  In a time where moral relativism has permeated even into the church, the importance of defending doctrine, and doing it in a winsome and loving way, has become incredible important.  

HHIEOY: Phill discusses the UMC's judicial council deciding on a prospective openly gay bishop.  Ryan talks about Bernie Sanders defending the pro-life position to the Democratic party...no seriously.  

Segment four: NFL Draft analysis and reflection.  

The Assad Regime's attack on innocents unsettled us all.  Ryan and Phillip discuss the attack, the response, and try to offer context to an otherwise convoluted and tragic situation

Ryan and Phillip take aim Pay Day Lenders and how they are one of the most awful industries ever conceived by man.  As Ryan and Phillip are residents of Oklahoma, they are paying attention to HB1913 as it makes it's way through the legislature.

Ryan and Phillip discuss the article from The Atlantic entitle "Breaking Faith".  They discuss the growing divide stemming from the end of the culture war.  They discuss that the dreams of the end of the culture war have given way to something much more problematic and serious.

Ryan and Phillip discuss how pastors can serve their communities in local politics with Todd Littleton.  The guys discuss the heart behind service the serving communities both as a pastor and as a city councilman.  

History Has it's Eyes on You: Todd stick around to talk about the current events happening around the country from the Gorsuch hearings, Obamacare replacement, and most notably, the James Comey hearing.  

Segment 4: Dedicated to our fallen brother in Christ, Randy Neal.  Todd is given the segment to promote what he has going on.  

Community ministries are an aspect of church like that many churches talk about, but sometimes have a tough time engaging in.  Brian Lamb of Solid Rock Church in Ft. Worth Texas joins the guys in the studio to talk about community ministries and the work that they have been doing with West Metro Community Church in OKC.  

Segment 3: Coach Coleman from Sports Talk 91 joins the conversation to talk about the news concerning Russell Moore

Segment 4: All of the fellas give their NCAA pick and predictions.  

Two movies caught the outrage of society this week.  One for really dumb reasons.  One for valid reasons.  Of course the one that got more outrage was for the really dumb reason.  

Ryan and Phillip break down the outrage, and break down why on one hand Christians should calm down, and on the other, Christians should exercise a wee bit more discernment.
