I share what’s helped me in those moments: getting honest with ourselves first. Writing it all out - what was said, how it felt, and what we might have done differently. Then asking those three simple but powerful questions: Was it true? Was it kind? Was it necessary?

Real healing starts within. We can’t control how others respond, but we can take responsibility for our part - and choose love over pride. And when we do, we free ourselves 💙
