Warren Smith talks about religious liberty with commentators Hugh Hewitt and David French, and with the Colorado cake baker Jack Phillips. Hewitt has a daily program on the Salem Radio Network, and last month he debuted as the host of his own weekly television program on MSNBC. David French is an American attorney, journalist, and a senior fellow at the National Review Institute. Jack Phillips is a baker from Colorado, who made the difficult decision in 2012 not to participate in a same-sex wedding ceremony. In 2013, two gay men filed a complaint with the Colorado Civil Rights Division to compel Phillips to participate. By 2014 two administrative judges had ruled against Phillips. Three years later, his case is now before the Supreme Court.
