We have the scriptures in the original language – we have good teaching from faithful brothers – but we have many differences in our conclusions!

The Glorious Assemblies of Christ #2,Col. 1: 15-22

I will continue with the thoughts of last week by saying:

The Assemblies of Christ are Glorious because:

1. Our God is Glorious

2. Our Savior is Glorious

3. Our Doctrine and Principles are Glorious and;

All of these Glorious Attributes have come out of Heaven, not from the Religions of Men!

I. From God to Men through Jesus Christ.

a. Read Col. 1: 15-22

b. So we can proclaim of our God and His Son – they are Glorious! Thus, their Kingdom is Glorious indeed!

II. What of our Doctrine?

a. From the Lord’s Apostles: Read Eph. 4: 1-8

b. Read Eph. 3: 1-12

What is your conclusion to these words?

The Glorious Assemblies of Christ

Does the world define the Christian Assemblies as “Glorious”? The answer is ‘no’ in my experience! This is not just the shortcomings of unbelievers, but even the Christians themselves do not see the true glorious nature of Christ’s Church. Where this is the case, the assemblies are lacking a full understanding of “The Faith”.

I. What our assembly is, as defined by the Apostle Paul.
