So here's a movie where Stallone was legitimately acting his ass off. We all knew he was a good actor but around the time of this movie he was starting to go on the backburner in the public eye. In comes James Mangold to give us a basic movie about corrupt cops and essentially doing the right thing. Its a very good and underrated movie with a stellar cast of actors.
