About Yana:
With a background in Psychology and Law, Yana spent years practicing personal injury litigation before realizing the toll it took on her well-being. In 2015, she shifted her focus to yoga and self-awareness, helping fellow lawyers reconnect with their true selves while reducing stress and anxiety. Now, Yana teaches group yoga classes in Toronto, offers corporate yoga sessions online, and works with private clients one-on-one. She also co-leads healing retreats in tropical destinations with her partner, Dr. Mike, and guides ecstatic dance as both a DJ and somatic facilitator.
