In the latest and extremely honest episode of Corporate to Calm, I sit down with Wendy Riordan, the founder of Nourish & Flow and Pitched Perfect.

We chat about how Habits Help, the menopause, sobriety and getting through some tough time as a savvy business owner. Wendy's talks about her initially unwelcome menopause journey and how acceptance has been the number one habit that has helped her through.  This path led her to begin Nourish and Flow a festival dedicated to wellness and in particular the menopause. We also talk about the best kept secret in Ireland, sobriety. Wendy is creative and led by her intuition which has been her best her best guide.
