Hannah Jefferson is a licensed acupuncturist, certified health and life coach, reiki II practitioner as well as the host of the Practically Well Podcast.
She has always been drawn to the healing arts in one form or another, and over the years have been drawn to Eastern Medicine and coaching practices because of how much they've served her as the recipient.
She believes deeply that so much of our healing and wellness can be cultivated preventatively and through our own practices, and she is here to be your guide through this process. Whether it be through an acupuncture session, a virtual coaching session, a group energy healing, Hannah has seen how these practices can bring us back home to ourselves with deep, authentic love and peace.
In this episode we discuss the power of connection to ourselves and listening to what our body needs during the different seasons of earth and life. We go through our body and mind journey through the seasons of winter, spring, summer and fall, discussing the impact of each season and how to best prepare our bodies and minds for them. This way of thinking really help us to bring awareness back into our space and how to best utilize our time and energy as individuals, business owners and employees.

Jessica Stidham is a certified yoga and meditation instructor creating space in the wellness industry for women who are ready to show up as they are - good days, bad days, and everything in between.
Her intuitive style of teaching helps students practice yoga beyond the poses, focusing on how yoga helps you listen to your body, cultivate awareness, and truly honor the sh*t you’re going through instead of avoiding it. Her unique perspective also shines a light on toxic productivity and positivity, and how that affects your ability to show up for yourself in a meaningful way.
In this episode we discuss the importance of practicing mindfulness and awareness in order to show up as our best self in both our professional and personal lives! We do not have to spend an extended period of time sitting in front of a candle in a dim lit room in order to “tune in” to our body and mind. Jessica gives us approachable practices that help connect us back to SELF and move past the guilt of taking a break to recharge!
