Nerys is a Generator with Emotional Authority, and a 6.2 profile - and this conversation is beautiful, as we dive into the realities of what it feels like to begin to experiment with your Human Design in your day to day life, understanding where to start with your own self development work, and a very honest chat about the realities of having a 2 line in your profile when you know your soul came here to do big things - its raw honest and real when it comes to how we can transform and reframe our fears as we grow as humans here in this lifetime.

Nerys is the youngest ever author to be signed by her publisher here in New Zealand and is the creatress behind The Keto Chef's Kitchen, which is a celebration of her incredible gifts in creating recipes from scratch - a complete kitchen alchemy - and also is an incredible powerhouse force who I work with behind the scenes in running my own business, which is how we first connected. I don’t know what I would do without her, things like this podcast wouldn’t happen if it wasn’t for her, so I am so excited to share this beautiful light in the world with you all in this episode!
