Today’s episode of Lotus Life the Podcast with Rose Tautari I’m hanging out with you behind the microphone to have a conversation about knowing where to do the “inner work”

When we dive into self-development, soul seeking, and the process of healing ourselves we often talk about doing the much needed “inner work”. We talk about how we need to work on ourselves first, how we need to face our shadow and look into old childhood wounds or traumas in order to be able to heal and move into embodying our highest self. (The 2.0 version of ourselves if you will) Becoming the badass that we always knew we had the capability to embody!

What becomes incredibly helpful in understanding our Human Design is we can use our chart in order to identify some of the key places to start doing the “inner work” first. It becomes so empowering to know where our core inner work is focused thanks to the individual aspects in our chart that are lit up in both our subconscious and conscious aspects of our self. Today’s episode is all about our Spleen, our Splenic Centre in the Human Design Bodygraph and the Lines/Gates activated within the Splenic Centre.

This week’s episode of Lotus Life The Podcast with Rose Tautari is focused on the way in which aspects of our individual Human Design can be used as we bring activism into our daily lives, in order to create lasting change to fight for social justice and to dismantle systemic racism worldwide.

After taking part in the #amplifymelanatedvoices campaign, there are many of us feeling the energy of ‘what next, and where too?’ That has been a question swirling around in the past week, and in amongst the pain, the unlearning and relearning, and the momentum created by worldwide protests and activism… there is the lingering question about how do we move forward as a collective? How do we keep this movement pushing forward and sweeping out the old paradigm to create something new? How do we create lasting meaningful change?

Activism and standing up for change in this world is not a snap your fingers and its magically a different system and world, so this week I am sharing how to enmesh activism in your life over the long haul.

I wanted to share with you a few ways how your Human Design can help you to determine your ‘lane’ and what is energetically correct for your aura and how to show up using your unique power on the daily (rather than feeling like you have to be an activist according to how someone else is, or that you’ve suddenly sprinted the first kilometer from a standing start, only to see that the course ahead of you is a marathon)
