Human Design is a beautiful synthesis bringing together ancient wisdom and modern science - it is a way of understanding the contract between your soul and the universe for who you came here to be, what you came here to do, and what karma you came to correct this lifetime around.

We had a chat about this “lockdown life” and how that has been bringing to the surface for many women old fears around body image, relationship with food and exercise, how it has affected routines and rituals, and how that process of getting in touch with your true inner self and empowering yourself with a deep sense of self love can really help with a time that IS challenging. There is so much from a Human Design perspective that our souls are all uniquely here for, which we get into during this conversation; diving into how getting in touch with your inner why and purpose goes hand in hand with your self love journey.

On this episode of Lotus Life The Podcast with Rose Tautari - I would say it is really a collection of discussion points and topics to give you to think on in this unusual AF time. It’s some stories of things that I have learnt over the past few years in my own life, but also is how I am looking at things, or you could call it the lens that I am choosing to look through right now. I also dive into how Human Design helps to empower you in understanding why you might be feeling the way you are feeling, and also in terms of what might be tugging at your soul at the moment to lean into the thing that has been REALLY your calling or your true identity all along! I also talk a little about what flags or emotional signs you can look out for that give you some clues as to where in your own life things are in alignment, which can be your breadcrumbs to follow in that journey to find that flow and sense of peace in your daily life.

This episode of Lotus Life The Podcast with Rose Tautari is something of a divine timing conversation. Bridget Paddon (or Bids as she will quickly become to you) is a woman who is here in this lifetime to empower and awaken those around her. She is a master at holding space for others allowing them to reconnect with their highest self with a gift for not only coaching but energy healing and bringing spirituality into a modern paradigm. Before recording this episode Bids had been through a week of synchronicities, upgrades, shifts and emotional releases - she knew the energy was shifting, and the day the got together to record this episode was right in the midst of lovingly cancelling her signature group coaching programme a mere 5 days before it was due to begin and shares that honest journey and the reasons why it was such a FUCK yes moment reframing something that could have been incredibly tough. This woman is just incredible and I am so grateful to Bids for joining me to share her story and this conversation, and I hope you delight in listening to her speak as much as I do.
