BYU basketball earned a big win over the weekend against Iowa State. The Cougars moved up from No. 23 to No. 19 in the AP Top 25 poll.

KSL Sports BYU Insider Mitch Harper broke down the win over Iowa State and also discussed what worked so well for this BYU team in the victory over the Cyclones.

Also, how does this win affect the ceiling of this new-look BYU team moving forward without star Richie Saunders?

The key to all of BYU's success centers around star freshman AJ Dybantsa, who had his most complete performance of the year in the win over Iowa State.

Dybantsa played all 40 minutes in the game and is showing again that he should be the No. 1 NBA draft pick.

Also, in this episode of Cougar Tracks, Mitch discusses BYU football spring practice. He gives one player from each position that he's intrigued to watch in spring ball.
