2nd Ward Alderman Brian Hopkins joins Bob Sirott to talk about a teen takeover in the Loop over the weekend that resulted in the death of a 14-year-old boy and what police know about the alleged suspect. He also explains how police can currently enforce a curfew after a certain time and if there will be another curfew proposal in the future.
