We hear from a worker who started a new job remotely during the pandemic. She recently experienced meeting her colleagues IRL, and it affected her perception of her workmates and their impressions of her. And then we talk to neuroscientist Daniela Schiller about how our brains process first impressions, and what that means for how we make one.
