Investigative journalist and UFO disclosure advocate Ross Coulthart said Monday he’s learned from his sources that the proposed UAP Disclosure Act “is over,” and that the Department of Defense “won the battle.” Coulthart’s assertion is corroborated by reporting from Christopher Sharp, who wrote in the Liberation Times on Sunday that Daniel Sheehan, an attorney who represents whistleblowers, has learned five Republicans are blocking the UFO transparency legislation.
