Gratitude: An emotion of the heart, excited by a favor or benefit received; a sentiment of kindness or good will towards a benefactor; thankfulness. 

We have so much to be thankful for. When we start counting our blessings, we realize that we are a very blessed people. Yet, we often forget to express our gratitude to the One who has given us these good and perfect gifts. God has challenged me in this area of my life. I know that I need to grow in gratitude. I share specific ways that I am working on this area, as well as the affect gratitude has in so many areas of life.
