Mitali is a seasoned business leader and runs her own business coaching practice based in London. She works with founders and business leaders in areas of business growth and leadership development.

She has 20years of rich and versatile experience in Strategy, Sales &Marketing Operations, Process excellence, and consulting. The majority of the work experience is with global companies like PwC, Microsoft, GE & GoDaddy where she has been a high potential talent and has held senior leadership roles across India, UK, and EMEA.

She is a recipient of ActionCoach’s London Coach Award– for Best Client results 2017 & 2019 and in 2020 won the UK Coach of the year for Best Client results. She is fellow colleague from Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches program.

Member of the senior leadership team and faculty at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. In my current role, I possess oversight for leader development integration across Kellogg's global portfolio of degree programs. Additionally, I am accountable for the generation, integration and implementation of DEI initiatives across Kellogg's various stakeholder groups (i.e., students, faculty, staff, alumni, organizational partners).

Prior to entering academia, I proudly served in the U.S. Army as an aviator (Apache Helicopters) and organizational leader. I retired from the military in 2016 with the rank of Brigadier General.

Frank has an MBA and PhD from the Graduate School of Management UCLA, where is also served as a Post-Doctoral Scholar. After starting his career teaching at Loyola Marymount University, he left teaching to enter the field of consulting.

Frank’s consulting career started at The Center For Leadership Studies with Paul Hersey in the late 1970’s. He then became a partner and director at Keilty, Goldsmith & Boone that provided leadership Development with Fortune 100 companies. With Marshall Goldsmith, Frank co-developed the highly successful Excellent Manager Program originally for IBM, and then many other Fortune 100 Companies.

Marshall Goldsmith asked Frank to oversee the design and training of coaches in using his principles and methods of helping successful leaders improve. Along with Marshall he is one of the co-creators of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching® which has trained the largest network of coaches around the world.

For the past 20 years Frank has coached many C-suite executives and senior leaders who have worked to improve their leadership behavior. Frank is a Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC) with the MEECO Leadership Institute.
