What’s Blocking YOUR  Breakthrough 

Breakthroughs if looked at technically “happens when 

what is possible meets what is desperately needed” 

I prefer looking at it as the moment 

your energetic set point you decided to show up as 

matches what is possible for you.

Why Alignment Matters IF you desire massive sustainable success!

First step to self Love is forgiving  . . . forgive yourself for not being intentional with self love in the first place.

Then take aligned action and be and do something daily 

I highly recommend you have fun and persistently and consistently assure acts of self love is your way of being and it becomes a habit.

Forgive yourself and move on . . . yes forgive and move on especially when you are failing forward and expanding it’s called growth it is uncomfortable and SO worth it. 

FEAR is not real in the sense that so many people fear things that could happen and focus sooooo much on it  . . . it happens this is why I highly recommend the book change your thoughts change your life.

You believe it to be true you are right.

Believe you have bad luck you are right and the more you believe it and then say it confirming more energy to it - remember words are 500 x more powerful than thoughts and our thoughts are where it all begins.

It’s a shift a pivot it’s self LOVE - be the person who creates the good - you can call it luck or magic or manifestation it’s all the same please acknowledge and know it’s YOU creating it

That’s truly what life is a series of responses and creations we live out by default or design.

I just choose to work with those finally sick and tired of the old paradigms and default and are ready even when they think they aren’t ready to finally understand what it’s like to live out true time and money freedoms and a life by design not default.

Self Love is friending the FEAR you cannot get rid of fear and yet you can overcome some others will pop up and be loud during times of growth and exspansion. 

When my clients start to have fear (again) I say great we are on the right path then. 

Now do we retreat to excuses are COMMIT to solution . . I think you know the answer to this finding an excuse leaving you to old patterns and continuing to keep getting what you are getting requires the same amount of energy if not more than committing to a solution or 10 options. 

It’s time to wake up!!

Your mind has been firing and wiring lots of limiting BS for years or even decades and if you close your eyes and put your hand on your heart you KNOW the truth or if you been in my world are curious to the truth.  

Tap into the truth it’s always available you don’t need to go speak to anyone or pray about it for a week . . . the truth is always available. So tap into the truth . .  

What does the Infinite version of you do and how does she be? This is the truth.

This version of you makes decision with confidence even when friending fear owns courage to continue to grow and expand and live the most fulfilling life. 

Have you LOVED yourself enough to visit and BE with this version of you?

It doesn’t take much and you can be and experience that person now. 

Freeing you of old situations and circumstances that have continued to hold you back. 

Freeing you of the fears that are paralyzing at times and continue to cause more delay and distraction of pure happiness, vitality and bliss.
