Stop trying to mimic someone else's morning routine because you simply admire their "success" or took their course or read it in a book.

Meaning if you are still trying to "force" a routine that you are struggling to keep consistent then it's probably not for you. YOUR morning routine is the BEST routine for you. It could look like a combination of so many other routines out there but it has to FEEL good and inspire YOU!

So I instead have fun creating a morning routine you cannot WAIT to wait up and actively participate in because YOU KNOW it not only lights you up but fuels your dreams and desires in becoming a reality and you are experiencing LIVING a LIFE YOU LOVE, NOW!

Not next week or next year or once your kids are grown or you retire or when you have more experience in "x" but NOW!

The question I get asked the most is what my morning routine consist of and depending on the day it could look very different but I have my grounding and activating tools in my tool box and a few of them are a non-negotiable no matter where I am in the world. No matter what time I wake up and bounce or drag myself out of bed. 

Disclosure I have had a morning routine that has shifted and evolved as I have evolved and I must say it is VERY rare that I am ever dragging myself out of bed in the morning unless travel was delayed and I arrived home late from something. 

Listen in and play in the space of curiosity on what you desire your routine to be filled with and the length of it to set yourself up for success living life by design vs. default.

It DOES NOT matter if you desperately desire change. 

Change will not happen because you think about changing that is the first step belief and aligned action MUST be in play CONSISTENTLY, period!

Expecting the worse to happen, then science confirms the higher the chances are it will happen, the worse. 

Stop expecting that. 

The good news the same works if you EXPECT a better future, outcome or desire. 

You can change your life at any moment. 

YES YOU CAN, do you BELIEVE this?

It’s determined by your beliefs, your determination, your aligned action AGAIN your consistency in these alone. 

Your future is not determined by your past.

Unless you are turning down opportunities that in your heart feel like a HELL YES but in your head are scary and trigger fear to override ANY action, so you timidly say NOPE to the thing that is scary. 

What would you love to experience today or this week or STILL this year?
 
Are you expecting it or focusing on the lack of it?

Because you get what you focus on might as well focus on what you WANT. Expect what YOU want before it happens.

People will respond to the way you treat them. You expect more from them to generate MORE in your life, expect it, declare it CLAIM it consistently. 
 
 The Devine God responds to the way you treat yourself and what you decide to do and take action on BUT YOU go first. 

Life responds and mirrors to you based on your EXPECTATIONS. 

You take bold and brave action and KNOW the results will take care of themself because you have a deep KNOWING and TRUST that is FAITH.

Not hope, but the COURAGE to have FAITH . . . hope holds the space for a chance it not working out why allow that to be an option?

One of my coaches Mary states, "Inspiration without action is merely entertainment." 

So STOP entertaining yourself with dreams and wishes and START EXPECTING and EXPERIENCING.

Is yourself in YOUR POWER, not in your PAIN. 

Yes, we will feel and experience pain but we GET TO choose to give all our power away to the pain or step into, TRUST and KNOW the DEVINE gifted us this life to LIVE FULLY IN OUR POWER. 

Yet many choose to live in the pain of desiring more to avoid the pain of shame, embarrassment, loosing it all . . .you fill in the BLANK. 

Yes, avoiding one pain for the familiar or comfort of another pain. This is a pattern especially with people who are living decent or REALLY GOOD lives yet desire more and feel guilty for wanting or desiring more or don't know HOW and get caught up in the HOW. 

Lean in on these 3 P's and unlock and unleash the power that is within YOU!

This is the start of the GAP - Greatness Aligned Purpose Potential. The GAP from where you are & WHO you are right now to WHO YOU ARE DESIRING TO BE or not realizing that you are desiring new experiences that require you to be someone you have not have the courage to BE yet. 

ALL the resistance right now or before the GAP is because you were or are not living your TRUTH so of course it doesn’t feel good and things don’t seem like they are working out.

And we have been programmed to stay safe and stay out of the UNKOWN. Yet energy flows where focus goes. So if you desire something more or new and yet you are focusing on it not yet being in your reality . . . well 

So if you continue to focus on not getting it yet, having it yet or receiving it yet - you will experience more of just that …. 

Nothing yet and more disappointment and frustration. 

BUT what if it didn’t have to be that way -  what if you were for certain everything you desired was on its way? 

It gets to be fun now and then?

What if the GAP was exciting and full of possibilities and you KNEW IT?

It’s not just thinking it or believing it from time to time but you have an unshakeable KNOWING? That's confidence!

It’s full body experience belief and feeling it now as if it happened even before and being grateful for it showing up soon and for where you are and who you are becoming TO FINALLY BE A MATCH to receive it. 

Are you ready to CLAIM it?

What tools do you have in your tool box that excite you about your continuous inner game work . . . does it feel like work or do you look forward to it are you a strategy do the same thing every day type of person or do you like options

See there is no right or wrong way there is either you are being and doing or you are not.

If you are not then you will be come stuck frustrated or start to experience boredom set backs or platues its all your choice.

But YOU get to and you MUST  CHOOSE.

You have to declare and decide CLAIM IT own it become it before you even experience it.

That is the inner game.

Unless you have mastered this game you could continue to feel like your desires are not meant for your or you are not good enough or you MISSED ‘your time”.

I am here to tell you it’s not too late, you cannot mess it up and TIME is our most precious resource and there is not better time than NOW to recognize this.

So when are you going to pivot and breakthrough?

Truly draw the line in the sand and actually LIVE YOUR TRUTH?

It takes guts loads of courage to start and follow through. The first step can seem scary but the consistency is the key.

Confidence and faith once you have mastered the skills will allow in sooo much more.

Yes we all need to consider new ways to live and love life to the max.  But it’s beyond the thinking. It’s the KNOWING and beingness. Boy does it take courage and confidence to learn how to KNOW in your soul verses know in you head what feels right. Once we know so much is unlocked. Which is why my spin on this quote is -

I say yes less reaction especially the low vibe kind, but when it’s a hell yes jump with both feet always.  Our outcomes and reality in life are directly related to how we respond and react. 

And many of our blocks can be released when we learn to practice forgiveness and it starts with ourself. We can gift ourselves of healing faster through forgiveness. 

We can take our power back from those things weighing us down for good. 

By simply forgiving and taking aligned action on the next logical or my favorite the radical illogical step. Timing is everything in life, timing heals, timing allows for magic, timing if we choose can create the space needed for us to be aware and less busy. Timing is completely dependent on the ENERGY we decide to bring to the time that we have.

We always GET TO choose. The question is are you reacting or CHOOSING with intention?
