The inside scoop on our first generation large family of nine children. We are currently in every season at once with littles, middles, teenagers, young adults, and launched children raising families. So, yes grandparents too! Navigating finances, vehicles, food prep and the hefty bills, almost dying in pregnancy and having more, to family dynamics that most don’t realize are possible. We hope this gives a raw reality that encourages others. God has a unique design for every family and while we don’t expect everyone to look like ours, having a large family has surpassed our greatest expectations. If you want to be a fly on the wall inside the Tolpin home, this is the episode!

Regardless of your controls on technology and influences, the enemy can still attack your children and in our experience, does so. This episode gives the biblical truth on the spiritual battle that you can teach your children and insights into what you can do on an ongoing basis to protect your home. The end gives a clear call in the importance of putting on the Armor of God and a compelling challenge for parents in these unprecedented times.

Are you living in freedom to be authentically who God made you to be or do you put on masks when you leave the home or when you’re around certain people? You will become exhausted, insecure, and lonely if you project something different than who you are, but the real issue is that your children are watching. They will either adopt the masks you wear or call you a hypocrite in the teenage years and stop yearning for your wisdom. If what you are projecting to start a friendship isn’t authentically you, it will be hard to keep it. Isaac and Angie Tolpin dig into why we tend to wear masks at times and how to truly break free and live in freedom!

With the acceleration of change in society, it’s vital we think about what we need to be instilling today to combat the negative effects that some of the changes will bring. Isaac and Angie Tolpin give five areas parents should focus on instilling a love for while they're in your home, so that despite society changing, they stay the course against the popular alternatives.
If you instill not just a love for what’s real, but understanding why it’s better, and help them experience these five things, it will dramatically impact your legacy even though the future will look so different than today.
Be encouraged to be courageous and do what’s needed today so that they thrive in all their tomorrows.

If your children were asked what they are celebrating at Easter what do you think they would answer? Many kids will say “Jesus” or “Jesus rose from the dead” but do they know what that means and how that impacts them? Are they excited to celebrate Jesus or are they focused on the candy and Easter egg hunt?
Christians fall all over the spectrum regarding whether they should call this special day of remembrance Easter or Resurrection Sunday. Some Christians would call others legalistic for not celebrating, while others feel a deep conviction not to celebrate. Join Isaac and Angie as they discuss the possible connection Easter has to a pagan holiday, the unique opportunity that Christians have to use this time to disciple their children in teaching the prophecies from the Old Testament and how Jesus is the fulfillment of those prophecies in a very real and tangible way. This is a call for Christians to recognize the opportunity that we have to “make much of God”, magnify His name, glorify and celebrate Him and what the Savior has done for us all, whether you are teaching holy week significant events using resurrection eggs, or celebrating a messianic passover.
Isaac and Angie share 4 ways to help keep the focus on the Lord, encouragement for Moms who feel overwhelmed with all the options of ways to celebrate, and share some of their favorite traditions and resources they have used over the past 24 years parenting.
