Her last novel, The Beautiful Evil has won the Bay Area Independent Publishers Association's Best Genre Fiction, was a finalist in the Kindle Book Review contest and won an honorary mention in the LA Book Festival.

After the sudden death of her 21-year-old son in the late 1990’s, Robbi’s passion and creative flame extinguished. She stopped writing until the summer of 2010. The Beautiful Evil was her first major work since her son passed.
