They hone in on the idea of people capital: how to form your leadership team and what to consider once you start getting a team populated. Robert tells some of his story with his Boise church plant, encourages listeners to have a team of people around them who are different than they are, who will keep them accountable, and challenges with the questions: "who is God sending you to, and who is God sending you with?"
