Now, I can hear many people thinking, "how can you make walking and writing into an online course? You need to do this in person.". Well, obviously the last two years have taught all of us that we can bring most of our work online. Now don't get me wrong. I love to do things in person and offline as well, but I also like the global reach that an online course can give. So I have created a new brand called The Creatrix Journey, focusing on my two passions; walking and writing.

This week's episode is all about how to be more confident on video. Video is going to be increasingly used by people to promote their businesses, their goods and services, and also to create consumer confidence.

I've got some really impressive facts that might encourage you to start playing around with video, or using it more for your business; by the end of 2022, 82% of all internet traffic is predicted to be video. At the moment 86% of small businesses say they are using video in some way to promote their goods and services. And 84% of consumers say they are more confident if they've seen a video about someone's product or service.

This week's episode is all about reels and if we really have to do them. You would have to be hiding under a rock, not to notice the number of people using short-form video content. Obviously, TikTok is leading the way, and if you have teenagers in your house, you will see them creating lots of dance videos, or consuming a lot of this content. Instagram has obviously got reels and they have indicated that they want to make Instagram, not a picture led platform, but a video led platform. You've also got YouTube shorts and even Pinterest are getting in on the video game with Idea Pins. So it's definitely worth considering using video for your content marketing.
