As a follow up to the last episode- I'm diving in to my evening routine. You bet your biscuits I can't wake up at 4:30a each day without a killer evening routine. From what I eat, to the bedroom to supplements... here it is!

I am a sucker for hearing about people's morning routines. They always fascinate me! As a former "sleep until the last minute" person turned AM junkie - I thought sharing some of my tips and tricks for the morning would help. The hottest tip is my 2 alarm trick that works WONDERS.

This week I'm asking you to slow the heck down. I'm dropping a few tips and examples of where we can all use to take a breath, control our energy and slow down. From that horrible angry driving to when we open our Facebook messages - tips and tricks to slow down and drink life in.

Recently I was doing some work for my side hustle and visualizing my ideal client. The one that just vibes with me, "gets it", knows she's made for more but doesn't necessarily know how to get it.

It struck like lightning - made for more. That's the feeling I have ALWAYS had in the pit of my stomach. Not a woe is me "is this all life is" but - hot damn, I feel like I'm made for MORE out of this life. During this episode I explore that feeling of made for more and how I am letting it manifest in my life!
