Marie Sonneman joins us in this episode to share about how to gain confidence and find your inner badass. Marie hosts the Ordinary to Badass podcast, and helps women gain confidence in their life and with their money.
Here are Marie's 5 steps to gaining confidence:
1. Clean out the cobwebs. We can’t move forward without dealing with the past and the things that have caused inner blocks for us.
2. Do hard things. Taking on a challenge in one area of your life will help you build confidence in other areas of your life.
3. Embrace failure. We can reframe so-called failure if we can just learn from it and pivot!
4. Limit social media. The comparison game is strong on social media-- compare and despair!
5. Don’t believe every thought that you think. Try “that’s not true because___.”
