How to manage your Facebook Market Place | Featuring Dawn Chadwell

I am married to my best friend of 34 years Troy Chadwell, we have 5 wonderful kids and 1 grandchild. I was a Dental Hygienist for 30 years and then switched to Real Estate. I started Real Estate in Aug of 2011 in Las Cruces NM, and in July of 2012 my husband and our family got transferred back to Albuquerque, NM ( My husband was full-time Army) so instead of working for someone else- I decided to buy my own franchise- even though I was not able to be the Qualifying Broker yet. I decided after 5 years with the brokerage- and AFTER being introduced to the Craig Proctor System in October of 2016 at the EXIT Realty Franchise annual conference that I would go all in the CP System, and not renew my franchise- I went independent. Your Home Real Estate was formed, and I focused on building my business. 2017 proved to be a very difficult year, and both my dad and my husband's dad went home to be with the LORD. So we really got busy with the CP system in mid-2018. My business doubled every year. My husband and I decided to move to Texas, as my husband would be retiring. I thought I would close my business in New Mexico, so I decided to stop all advertising in Jan of 2021. But my business continued at the same pace as it had the year before. We moved to Texas in May of 2021. I actually took a break from the CP SYSTEM FOR 5 MONTHS- AS I THOUGH I WOULD CLOSE MY NM OFFICE, AND OPEN A TEXAS OFFICE. I asked for a 5 month break to be able to get my license. They granted the time. I started back up in late September 2021. I decided upon starting back up that I would open a YOUR HOME SOLD GUARANTEED REALTY-- and keep my NM office. NOW I have a YHSGR in Albuquerque, NM. I am also opening my YOUR HOME SOLF GUARANTEED REALTY IN THORNTON TEXAS. The BEST thing I ever did was 1. hear about Craig Proctor and his system. The second best thing I ever did (business-wise) is sign up for YHSGR. My biggest regret was thinking I would close my office in NM and stopped advertising-- although the system allowed for deals to continue coming in I would be a quantum leap ahead if I had not stopped as I did.
