Hey y'all! I am so excited about today's episode. We are taking a break from the science, evidence-based health stuff and going deep into the world of spirituality. When I decided that I needed to design a life and a lifestyle that I loved, I knew there were some internal thoughts, beliefs of processes that needed to be brought forward. As I dover further into meditation, yoga, reflection, journalling, and more - I came face-to-face with my shadow. I had to accept, acknowledge, and love the parts of myself that I managed to keep suppressed for many years. I had to own who I am, and step into the best version of myself, the version of me that was there all along. As I read more books, listen to more podcasts, and dive deeper into the world of mindfulness and meditation, I am atonished to see that the work really, truly, never is over.
