She has a Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology, Certified Person trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from India, and amazing experiencing teaching at various gyms in Toronto such as Equinox and Sweat and Tonic.
