Oh wow. This episode has been a long time coming but it felt SO GOOD to sit down with my good friend and coworker, Ingrid Gerol. For those of you who know Ingrid, congrats - you have met one of the most genuine people on earth. For those of you who do not know Ingrid - welcome, she is about to make you really rethink a lot of your thought processes. Ingrid and I were fortunate enough to cross paths at our work, Patagonia. Ingrid is a writer, runner, outdoor enthusiast, creator, leader, and all around lover. She lets us know why putting ourselves in uncomfortable situations is so essential for growth and discovering who we are. She gets deep and real about being authentic, different, and true to exactly who you are. Ingrid touches upon her stories solo-traveling, finding solitude, and why it is so important to spend time alone. With my whole heart, I love Ingrid and this episode so so much, and I am sure you are going to love it too. Thank you Ingrid for coming on the show.
