So you've seen the TikToks. "Men have given up on dating." "80% of guys don't even want to try anymore." "Men stopped leading." And every time you watch one, a little piece of your faith dies.
Here's the truth nobody's telling you. That narrative is not your story. And I'm about to prove it.
In this episode, I'm naming exactly what's happening in the dating conversation in 2026, why your algorithm is convincing you there's no one left, and what your person is actually doing right now while you're doom-scrolling.
Spoiler: he's not quitting. He's waiting.

You Haven't Even Met Him: The Pre-Date Anxiety Sabotaging Your Love Life
He took too long to respond. He rescheduled. He didn't "lock things down" fast enough.
And just like that — you've decided he's a douche.
Sis. You haven't even met him.
The Bye-Bye Queen herself is telling you to pump the brakes. Because the spiral you're in before the first date? That's not intuition. That's anxiety wearing a costume. And it's costing you the man you've been praying for.
Key moments:
The line to sit with:
"When you're not tolerating a human, real experience — that's the problem. Not him. You."

I just watched Inside the Manosphere on Netflix by Louis Theroux. It's disturbing. It's gross. And every woman needs to see it.
I'm all about empowering women, but I also love men. I'm not a man hater. I believe in finding your person and being teammates.
But this documentary shows millions of men following influencers who are openly against women. Who shame them. Who believe women shouldn't have rights.
Knowledge is power. You need to know what's out there.
Harrison Sullivan (HS Tiki Taki)
Promotes pornography and OnlyFans—but would disown his daughter if she ever did OnlyFans. Homophobic. Wants to marry a virgin while recording himself getting sexual favors from random women.
Teenagers LOVE him. His content goes viral for violence and hate. Terrifying.
Myron Gaines
Believes women shouldn't vote. Practices one-sided monogamy—he sleeps around, his girlfriend stays faithful.
His girlfriend Angie was on the documentary. Girl, KNOW YOUR WORTH.
He has a podcast where he shames women publicly. Thank God she left him.
Justin Waller
Openly sleeps with other women. His girlfriend Kristen left her job, is pregnant, and they're not legally married. She has no protection.
She tolerates it because her ex LIED about cheating. At least this guy is honest.
Ladies. THESE ARE NOT YOUR ONLY OPTIONS.
There's another door: A man obsessed with YOU. Who only has eyes for you. Who's your teammate. That door exists.
What This Means For You
My mom told me: Never depend on a man. She's been happily married for 50 years—but made sure I could support myself.
Ask questions when you're dating. If they follow these guys, RUN.
Do not settle for a man who dims your light. We need to speak up. Good will triumph over evil—but you have to know your worth.
It has to be crazy love or nothing.

Age of Attraction Review – Does Age Really Matter in Love?
Let's talk about Age of Attraction. Honestly? I was on the fence.
I've always believed age doesn't matter—my grandmother was 20 years younger than my grandfather. What matters is emotional maturity and alignment.
But when I started watching? I almost turned it off. Then I kept going. And I actually ended up loving it.
Love is Blind has been SO disappointing lately. This show? Quality people. Real connections. And that's why I had to share it.
Teresa (54) & John (27) – My Favorite Couple
27-year age difference. Her SON is older than the guy she's dating.
And I don't care. When you see them together, it makes sense.
John is more emotionally intelligent than guys on other dating shows who are way older. And let's talk about the double standard—older man with younger woman? Accepted. Older woman with younger man? Scandal. Bullshit.
They're still together. I'm here for it.
Jorge (60) & Vanell (27) – Did NOT Sit Well With Me
33-year age difference. The age wasn't the problem—the way he spoke to her was GROSS. Condescending. Judgmental. Talking to her like his daughter.
I was so happy she ended it.
Libby (22) & Andrew (38) – They Won Me Over
At first I was like... ew. She seemed SO young. But as the show went on, Libby became vulnerable. They emotionally connected.
The lesson? Don't limit yourself. It's about energy and connection.
Chris (26) & Leah (41) – Man Child Alert
Man child vibes. Never had a long-term relationship. You could SENSE he wasn't into her.
She said yes. He said no.
Leah said something I loved: "I can't turn a boy into a man." Facts.
Logan (29) & Vanessa (49) – Plot Twist
Giving toxic. Bickered constantly. I thought he'd run.
Then he proposed. And honestly? It was beautiful.
Pfeiffer (23) & Derek (43) – Following Her Heart
Undeniable chemistry. But Pfeiffer had to leave Seattle for Dallas.
She followed her heart. He gave her the keys to his house. That's not abandoning yourself—that's choosing love.
The Bottom Line?
Age is just a number. What matters is emotional maturity, alignment, and connection.
Stop limiting yourself. Your person might be 20 years younger. Who cares?
It has to be crazy love or nothing.

She Dumped Him Three Times Before He Proposed – Britney's C.R.A.Z.Y. Love Story (Part 2)
Okay, this is where Britney's story gets WILD.
In Part 1, you heard how Britney went from skeptic to believer—35, heartbroken, repeating the same patterns, until she finally invested in herself and her love life.
Now? Let me tell you how she almost sabotaged the whole damn thing.
She met Matt on Catholic Match. Immediate connection. Hours of deep phone calls. Check, check, check on the list. Everything she'd been praying for.
And then she dumped him.
Not once. Not twice. THREE TIMES.
Here's what went down:
She canceled their first date the DAY BEFORE—because he didn't plan it fast enough.
She sent him a 6am breakup voice note on a Monday morning telling him they should stop talking.
She told him to go work on himself and come back when he was ready.
This man is a former Navy SEAL. And every single time Britney pushed him away, he said: "Okay. I'll work on it."
He read the attachment book she recommended. He did the inner work. He kept showing up.
Meanwhile, I had to get my husband Will on a call to tell her: "Men are dumb. Spell it out."
And her mom? Sitting in an Uber, watching Britney spiral, finally said: "Oh for crying out loud, just go on the date with the guy!"
So she did.
They met in person for the FIRST time in mid-January. He proposed on February 7th—the SECOND time they ever saw each other face to face.
What we cover in Part 2:
This is proof that your person is out there—even when you're messy, even when you're scared, even when you cancel the date the day before and send a 6am breakup voice note.
He still proposed.

I have Britney on the podcast today and I literally cannot contain myself.
When she first came into my world, she was 35, in law school, drowning in debt, and repeating the same pattern—falling for emotionally unavailable men. She'd just ended a "friendship" with an avoidant that broke her heart even though they were never officially together.
Sound familiar?
She heard about me through Leven's success story and thought, "Dating coach? What even is that?" She pictured some Hitch-style tricks and moves. But when we got on the phone, something shifted.
I told her: "Look at how much you're investing in your career. You study, you work at it every day. But you won't invest that same energy into finding your life partner?"
That stuck with her. A year later, she signed up.
What we cover in Part 1:
Britney signed up for my coaching program on June 7th. She was engaged by February 7th.
This is what's possible when you stop going with the flow and start getting intentional.

The Love is Blind Ohio reunion is out and it did NOT disappoint. Let me break down everything that went down.
Alex – The Grossest Human on This Show
I officially hate Alex more than Chris. That's saying something.
He had the audacity to say Ashley "hasn't healed from her past relationships" and that's why she was asking so many questions. What a gaslighter.
Wrong, Alex. Ashley learned from her mistakes. She's not putting blinders on anymore. The fact that he had a problem with questions? It's because he's a lying sack of shit.
I loved when Nick Lachey asked him about his soccer analogy and he got stumped. "We're tied 3-3." I cannot with this man.
Ashley admitted she woke up that morning, wrote out her speech, and got in that wedding dress knowing exactly what she was going to do. I still wish she'd left sooner—but Alex deserved every word.
Jordan & Amber – I Called It
Surprise, surprise. They're done.
Jordan went back to his real life—living near the bars, partying with friends, expecting Amber to drive 45 minutes to see HIM every weekend. Meanwhile she's a single mom killing it in her career.
45 minutes. That's it. And he couldn't show up for her.
Distance is not the issue. The person is the issue. Jordan is a man-child who wanted to drink with his boys. Bye bye.
Vic & Christine – The Standard
I love them. Vic said "I can't see you, but I see you" and I got goosebumps.
This is what exists. Emotionally mature, soulful, faith-centered men who cherish their partners. My husband Will is like this. These men are out there—don't let this season make you lose faith.
Devonta & Brittany – She Still Doesn't Get It
Devonta showed up ENGAGED. To someone else. And they're having a baby.
The same man who told Brittany he "wasn't ready for marriage."
And Brittany is still saying she "fell in love with him"?! I need her to reflect on what exactly she loved because I have no clue.
If she doesn't get crystal clear, she's going to end up on the hamster wheel with another Devonta. Another man giving her breadcrumbs. I'm calling it now.
Brittany - burn that wedding dress.
Bri & Connor – They Won Me Over
Plot twist: they're together. And I actually believe them now.
Bri took full accountability for entertaining Chris's bullshit. That takes emotional maturity. And the way she spoke about Connor? I felt it. They're bringing out the best in each other.
The Bottom Line?
The men on this season were a shit show. But they are NOT a representation of what's out there. Amazing men exist—don't lose faith.
And if you see an Alex, Chris, Jordan, or Devante in your life? Run.

The Love is Blind Ohio weddings just happened. And wow! I have a lot to say.
Ashley & Alex – She Finally Saw the Light
Ashley said NO. But why did she wait until the altar? She got in a wedding dress just to tell him he has no integrity? Girl—I wish you'd said that weeks ago.
She admitted Alex told her multiple times she "wasn't his type." And she stayed?! The lesson: The second someone makes you feel less than—it's bye-bye time. Don't wait.
Vic & Christine – The Only Couple I Believed In
From day one, I said these two were the real deal. Vic was emotional, vulnerable, communicative. Meanwhile Alex compared his wedding to a soccer game. Where is your heart, dude?
This is your reminder: Men like Vic exist. Do not lose faith.
Amber & Jordan – He Said Yes, But She Doubted Herself
Jordan said yes. But Amber said "I understand if you have doubts." She really thought he'd say no. Amber is a total badass—but does she fully see it?
You have to know your worth BEFORE you bring someone into your life.
Emma & Mike – I Called It
Emma said yes. Mike said no. I don't blame him. They never got crystal clear on kids. That's a dealbreaker conversation that should've happened long before the altar.
The Takeaway?
Stop settling. Know your worth. Walk away the second someone makes you feel like you're not enough.

Love is Blind Ohio dropped new episodes and I called it. Again. Here's my breakdown—and the dating lessons you need to hear.
Alex & Ashley – Textbook Gaslighting
Alex got caught lying. Another woman revealed he was living in Austin with an ex—something he never told Ashley. When she confronted him? "Yes I did."
No, you didn't. That's gaslighting.
Ashley's intuition was screaming something wasn't right. But she didn't trust herself because past relationships made her feel not good enough. She's sweeping red flags under the rug because she's terrified no one else will choose her.
She said she's "always been second best" and when Alex chose her, that was enough. No. The question isn't "does he like me?" It's "do I like HIM?"
Bri & Connor – She's Not Wrong for Wanting More
Bri ended things with Connor. I don't think she made a mistake.
She wasn't attracted to how he lived—his home, his appearance, how he takes care of himself. Nothing wrong with wanting a partner you're proud of.
What Bri needs to know: You can have a man who loves you AND has his shit together. That's not superficial—that's standards.
Christine & Vic – The Only Couple I Believe In
Chef's kiss. Faith. Alignment. Vulnerability. Communication. That's what love should look like.
Brittany & Devante – Settling Energy
Neither seems obsessed with the other. When Devante says expressing love "isn't his love language"? Fuck off. If you can't communicate how you feel, you'll never have a successful relationship.
Amber & Jordan – She's Out of His League
Amber is a badass who doesn't tolerate bullshit. Jordan is... nice. I don't want Amber settling for "nice."
Emma & Mike – Have the Hard Conversations
Emma said she can "see a family" with Mike—but didn't say "I want your kids." Mike is hoping. Assuming. That's dangerous.
Have those conversations crystal clear BEFORE you marry someone. If you're not aligned, it's bye-bye time.
The Lesson?
Everyone is settling. Know your worth. Trust your intuition. Stop choosing people just because they chose you.

Love is Blind Ohio Recap – Red Flags, Snakes, and Why Settling is Never the Answer
Love is Blind is back and I have thoughts.
This season is based in Ohio and let me tell you—I'm breaking down every couple, every red flag, and every moment that made me want to scream at my screen. And trust me, there's a lot.
I'm ranking these couples from absolute worst to the only ones I'm actually rooting for. Buckle up.
Chris & Jess – The Absolute Worst
I cannot with this man. He fooled me in the beginning—seemed sweet, seemed genuine. Then he pulled a complete 180 into the grossest behavior I've ever seen on this show.
He vanishes for a day, goes to a strip club, then tells Jess her body isn't good enough because she doesn't "do Pilates every day"?
Fuck off, Chris.
This hit close to home. I dated someone like this. A man who made me feel like something was wrong with me. Spoiler: it wasn't me. It was him. And Jess—it's not you either.
But it gets worse. He's also slithering around trying to get in Bri's head, disrespecting Connor behind his back, acting like Connor isn't good enough because he's a blue collar worker.
Chris respects no one but himself. And the fact that Bri sat there entertaining this conversation? That's a whole other problem.
Alex & Ashley – Bye Bye Time
One thing. Alex did one thing that told me everything I needed to know.
He went and had a private conversation with Brittany—his ex-connection from the pods—behind Ashley's back. Talking about how the physical wasn't there with Ashley. Comparing the two women.
That's not confusion. That's disrespect. And Ashley deserves better than being someone's second choice.
Bri & Connor – I Have Questions
Connor seems like a genuinely good guy. Emotionally available. Present. Kind.
But Bri? She's sitting there nodding along while Chris trash-talks her fiancé. No pushback. No "who the fuck do you think you are?"
Your partner should have your back. Period. If Bri can't defend Connor to a snake like Chris, I don't see this lasting.
Vic & Christine – The Only Couple I Believe In
Finally. A couple that actually gives me hope.
Faith. Vulnerability. Alignment. Real conversations about raising biracial kids. Emotional maturity. They're doing the work and showing up for each other.
Unless something wild happens, I see them being the only couple to say yes at the altar.
Emma & Mike – A Maybe
I adore Emma. Her vulnerability about her birthmarks, her adoption story, her honesty about not being sure she wants kids—I respect all of it.
But Mike wants kids. And Emma's sister literally said she wouldn't have kids if she could do it over. That's a lot of noise working against them.
I'm rooting for them. But this one's complicated.
The Bottom Line?
Do not settle for anything less than C.R.A.Z.Y. love. A love where you can be Completely Real and Authentically, Zenfully You.
Watch how people show up for you. Actions over words. Always.
Ready to stop settling and finally find your forever person?
If you're done with the situationships, the emotionally unavailable men, and the bullshit—I want to help you become a dating ninja and attract the love you actually deserve.
