    Sarah Buzzard is an Indiana woman convicted for the 2015 murder and dismemberment of 21-year-old Ryan Zimmerman in Ohio. The case, which remained unsolved for several years, involved complex relationships and a gruesome crime that shocked the community.Background and Relationships:Ryan Zimmerman, seeking to explore his sexuality, connected with Buzzard's husband through a Craigslist ad in 2015. This connection led Zimmerman to move from his home in Corbin, Kentucky, to Columbus, Ohio, to live with Buzzard and her husband. During this time, Buzzard was also involved in a relationship with Naira Whitaker, who later became her wife.The Crime:On September 25, 2015, while Buzzard's husband was away, she and Whitaker executed a plan to kill Zimmerman. Buzzard strangled Zimmerman in their apartment, and together with Whitaker, they dismembered his body in the bathtub. They then disposed of his remains across various locations in Ohio.Investigation and Arrest:In January 2016, partial skeletal remains were discovered in Grand Lake St. Mary's State Park in Mercer County, Ohio.
