Nïa Obötette, author of the new children’s book “I am a Triathlete”, joins us to talk about what it’s like to love and participate in a sport dominated by people of another gender and race. Hear how important it is to be the role model for children of color as they learn that limits are a construct of our mind. Also, Nïa shares her story of a long bike ride she took with her father that, in his youth, would have been deemed dangerous (and even suicidal).
Thunderdome Running Update: Alex and Apostoli talk about their upcoming marathon (gulp) plans and Alex gives us a full tech review on the massage gun.
