Sad news of the black panther start Chadwick Boseman really came as a shock to myself, in fact it really rocked my weekend, life is such a gift and we take it for granted walking around like we're going to be hear forever which is not the case.

Reading a book this week about time has got me to the point where i had to share my thoughts about time and life.

ost of us after a break up try and find ourselves by hanging out with friends to enjoy what you think you've been missing, you then miss the point of working on the new version of yourself. Then you fall back into the same toxic relationships that you've done countless amount of times.

Let's talk about what you should be doing.

Heartbreak is tough, hearder when you've invested so much into another, but we learn a valuable lesson with heart ache? We learn that self love is so important. So lets talk a little... 

Limitless has no boundaries, it's time to stop giving others a day pass to your energy levels.... 

We hit the brick walls of bad times? most of us then go down the rabbit hole of feeling lost, when in fact we have so much going on for ourselves.

Goals in life should be chased down like a lion hunting a gazelle!

There's no time to rest, its about reaching that end goal to fulfill you life's desire, no resting, hell no! You need to do the thing that drives you to that ultimate happiness.
