Who really likes to live life with boundaries? Create healthy habits and make choices, not restrictions. Healthy living in times of disruption doesn't have to be challenging.
Maybe you haven't looked at the calendar. But as of today, at the release of this episode, there are 30 days left until the new year.

One thing that gets me is thinking that the year is already over, so why do anything now?
YOU matter!!!
But you can choose to stick with what you know and wait for the excuses to show up in the new year.
If I can be ever to honest, blunt, and speak in love, just because it's a new year doesn't mean that anything you are doing now will change.
New doesn't mean change. New means work! That's how your mind sees it, and then your body follows accordingly.
Why put off what needs to happen now?
Your health is your wealth. And when it comes to COVID-19, regardless of your opinions, wealth is health. No matter how you look at it.
So even though
Don't let the times of disruption be your excuse for unhealthy living. I know; I used to enjoy my root beer floats and a few other horrible things for my body on a regular basis.
But if I still had that attitude, where would I be today?
The K.I.S.S. ~ Change your attitude! What you see is not what you are stuck with. But if you buy-in to that mentality, you will stay exactly where you are. The new year will not bring any magic, just more frustration. And that's now a good way to ring in hope, love, and grace.
- Eliminate your excuses. Living for excuses is easy. And you can't impact with excuses. So why do it? Seriously. Answer that question. Because when you do answer that question, you'll better understand where you are coming from.
- Change your attitude. Your attitude can make or break you. You are not doing life for perfection. Your target is progress. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo
- Entice yourself with excitement. Be excited about what you can do and what you can eat. Yes, restrictions can be good. But if you get caught up in what you can't, you forget about what you can.
What do you want for your health this month?
Really think about that question. Write down all the things you would like to see for yourself when it comes to health. And then pick only one.
And with this ONE thing, if you could do this over the next month at least 50% of the time, you would be grateful. If you could do it greater than 75% of the time, you would be ecstatic.
Healthy living in times of disruption can be just that -- a disruption you want to have. Create those healthy habits and make choices. How you live life is a choice.
