Experience is going to be your greatest teacher, so may as well make sure you're getting the best possible experience.

A chef of mine told me it was important to seek out the best. I took that literally. And I do believe it makes a huge difference.

If you're trying to learn chocolate and become something, not only do you need to believe in yourself. You've got to take action to push yourself towards what you wish to embody.

You can't know what you possibly are going to transform into. Not 100%

Today's podcast was inspired a bit by Hollywood movie magic, a bit by my own experience, and a bit by what I'm seeing a lot of today: people freakin' out about every little thing on the journey.

True story: biggest pet peeve has probably gotta be entitlement.

As a millenial myself, I hate hearing about entitlement and yet, we see it all the time, right? People who are too eager to be successful but don't want to put the actual hard work in to earn it....entitled little buggers!
