In today's podcast, I'm diving deep into why your experience counts! Chocolate or otherwise, everything is shaping you to be the chocolatier you want to be...you just have to 1) let it and 2) be brave enough to go through it.

Let's crush the rest of this year, y'all! Running solo for the holiday season (whew!), let's go!!

It's funny how whenever most people start on something, they want the results right away. In chocolatier land, and in so many others' worlds, we want SUCCESS and we want it NOW.

But true growth rarely happens that way. And it took me a minute to fully understand that and see that, but at this stage in the game, I recognize that everything needed to happen for a reason. I also recognize that all of us are capable of achieving whatever it is we set out to do...but we have to be willing to play our part in the proccess.

Holiday season is upon us aka we are all soooo BUSY!

However, I'd like to remind y'all that in the midst of all the chaos, we as the creators, still have the opportunity to decide exactly what happens for us and to us.

In spirit of the World Chocolate Masters happening last weekend, just wanted to chat a little bit about that competition, and thoughts on what it means to compete.

For chocolatiers, this is like our futbol! Was really fun to watch; had so many thoughts about different things, and loved seeing the different competitiors' visions for TMRW.

Very raw podcast on dealing with failure. As an entrepreneur, or even just a human being in general, failure comes with the process. 

There have been many times throughout my career where I've "failed," and each time has gotten easier, I think, primarily because I've learned how to process failure and how to grow from it.

If you want to be truly successful, you have to know what is meant for you.
