Funny enough, I have gone through all three of these in my career, and full disclosure: you might get triggered by what this podcast has to say and you might even "hate" me for saying it. 

But as always, I always believe everything starts with the mind and if we can get the mindset right and tuned in to what we TRULY and REALLY WANT for ourselves...then the objections are no longer objections.

I share the current season I'm in (It's SLOW lol), and how I've been using this time to spring back not just recharged, but renewed.

I just got back from a girls' trip to NY. Went back to my roots of where the chocolate career all started, and had A LOT of fun soaking up all the art and the culture over there.

In this very raw (and video recorded podcast- head over to the Youtube Channel if you prefer--> "Codinha Chocolate), I talk about the importance of filling up your cup with all the other things in order to be your best CEO self. 

This trip was much needed and highly satisfying. I feel like any time you get a chance to get back to where you started and see the progression since, it's eye-opening and humbling.

In today's podcast, I wanted to dive into the art of authenticity. Are we all just copying each other's work? Is that an actual problem to be concerned about? Does it bother you as a chocolatier or you just think everything is "fair game" in the game of art and chocolate?

Interesting hot topic. I've got an opinion on it, even referencing a most recent "copycat" trend that happened. And it happened BIG time.

In this week's podcast, I dive into the reality of balancing motherhood with being a CEO of a very business. While I wouldn't trade anything for the world, I also don't want social media or the glamorized "mom boss" life to fool anyone.

Codinha Chocolate (its two businesses) came from a lot of work, sacrifice, dedication, and honestly, has been several huge learning lessons. And I think that as a woman, we sometimes take on everything put on us sometimes because of societal expectation or because we feel we simply have to. 

In this podcast, I salute you, moms. It has not been an easy road at all, and I just wanted to share that it's okay for you to hang up your CEO pants from time to time to simply just take care of you.

BIG Picture Thinking used to freak me out. Call it commitment issues, but really, on a deeper level, I realized that all that fear was really having to face myself.
