She shares how it's easier for her to offer other pregnant women compassion and understanding than it is to offer it to herself, and how guilt and shame have begun to creep in for not staying "consistent" with her spiritual practices. Eden shares her musings on how resting and just BEING is the most spiritual thing she can possibly do right now.

In this Episode, Eden shares where she is currently at and what she is experiencing being 31 weeks pregnant. She talks about moving in her third trimester, the intense desire to nest, and all the things she wants to get done so she can feel fully relaxed and ready for baby's arrival.

In this episode, Eden shares her story on how she learned that she was living in a traumatized body and the process she went through to not only figure it out, but heal as well. She shares how she deepened and strengthened her trust in her body and how she let her body intuitively guide her towards the deepest healing she has experienced in her current lifetime. She talks about the most powerful tool she has in her "toolbox", a little lacrosse ball, and how it has completely transformed her body over time. Eden dives deep into her experience of myofascial release and deep tissue massage, and how she figured out that her emotions were stuck in these fibres in her body. She also touches on the New Paradigm way of healing, reclaiming your power and becoming your own healer.

Eden met Ellen through SAGA, a council of women writers that meets online weekly to write, share, create, and be witnessed through poetry and storytelling, and was immediately drawn to her energy and her way of storytelling. In this episode, Eden shares her current experience in the transition from Maiden to Mother. She talks about what parts of herself have to die in order to allow space for the new parts of her to be birthed alongside her baby, the liminal/in between space that feels quite uncomfortable, and how she no longer feels like “Maiden Eden” but is not yet “Mother Eden”.

In this episode, Eden is joined by her Soul Sister and dearest friend, Avianna, to chat all about the Wounded Feminine, female relationships, vulnerability with women, and being held by the Feminine.

They both share how they met, what helped them to create the solid foundations from which their relationship could truly blossom and thrive from, how they grew up in the same town without knowledge of each others existence, and what it was that finally brought them together in the flesh.
