In this episode, Eden shares her “why” on choosing a wild pregnancy and freebirth. She talks about the deep connection and relationship that she’s cultivated with her body and her intuition, how she knows the moment that something feels off in her body, and why she doesn’t feel that it’s necessary for her to seek medical support until she feels something is wrong.

Eden explains that she believes that what is most important for a mother and her baby during pregnancy and birth is that the mother feels safe, which is why Eden is choosing to birth at home, completely undisturbed, because that is what creates the most safety in her body.

She also dives into her connection with Spirit and her Spirit Baby, and how she believes that this baby chose her because they know how they want to be born, and they know that Eden is willing to do the work in order to make that freebirth happen.
