Sarah Glidewell from The Karwells is an Airbnb investor, designer, and coach who focuses on teaching other hosts how to create properties with longevity. She has been absorbed by Airbnb and short-term rentals since 2018 when she started renting out her apartment to guests on weekends. Since then, she has dabbled in it all, from investing to consulting, arbitraging to designing, and everything in between. Short-term rentals have flipped her life upside down and given her a path to financial freedom, freedom of time, and her personal favorite, creative freedom. Currently, they are working on partnering with more of YOU - and capitalizing on the Midwest market - building a fleet of high-end, design-focused STRs.
