'Just do what turns you on!’ 

That was the first thing Andrea said when I asked him and his wife Amanda about their amazing relationship and life, and how they had created it. In his British accent, I can't think of a more fitting response.

And truly, you can’t find a more fit, rad couple. Amanda and Andrea BREATHE life, energy, and creativity. He, a professional photographer, specializing in lighting techniques. She, a businesswoman extraordinaire and blossoming photographer. Both Access Consciousness Facilitators and both touring around the world teaching all of the above, as well as doing private photo sessions and creating a couple TV shows and magazines on the side! 

So when Andrea talked about choosing and doing what turns you on, it’s because that is EXACTLY how he has lived his life and it has produced some amazing successes, businesses, and experiences. But most importantly, it has created a life he loves that he is excited about every day. 

And that includes his relationship with his wife Amanda. As they share, it’s not about picking a partner that is the same as you, it’s about picking someone who is a creative partner and that challenges you to be greater every day. You don’t both have to be ‘morning people’ or ‘night owls’- in fact, it sometimes works better when you are not! For them, it gives them each time on their own and that in turn nourishes their creations, businesses, and their lives. 

Their best advice? Choose, be spontaneous, and do what turns you on!

Lili has always had a connection with the spirit world. When she was younger, she was aware of spirits, or entities, around her and could see them as well. At that time she didn’t realize what she was seeing and that others could not see them as well, and was confused when her parents told her. 

She was not quite sure what to do with this capacity with the spirit world as it was so different from what society has made us think about ghosts and entities that she pushed it away and shut it down for a long time. The truth is that entities are just beings without bodies. They are all around us and not so different from us! There are nice ones, friendly ones, annoying ones, and angry ones- much like people! 

Lili realized her gift after taking a Talk to the Entities (TTTE) class with it’s creator Shannon O’Hara. Theses amazing classes give people some great, easy tools that allow them to communicate with the spirit world. This can change things such as people having ringing in their ears for years, or feeling uncomfortable in their own body (listen for these stories!). 

These incredible tools also helped Lili to change things in her own life and body, and to share her capacity with others. She is now an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator as well as a TTTE Facilitator and does classes and sessions both live and online. She even has a class coming up in English! In 2020 I had the honor of having Heather Nichols on my show. Heather is a creative wizard that mixes life and business in a very unique way and just embodies JOY. Please enjoy this recording from July 2020 :)

Heather embodies the joy of business. 

In Simone Milasas’ book of the same name, she highlights the expression ‘your business is your life and your life is your business’, and nowhere have I seen that more than with Heather.

Heather has always been an entrepreneur, and through a meandering path of university, therapies, and businesses she was introduced to Access Consciousness. Following her first Access Bars session, she recognized the uniqueness of this modality and decided to pursue it further.
Fast forward ten years and Heather is now an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator with a thriving worldwide business, as well as working with many teams directly for Access.

The joy that business and creation brings Heather is obvious not only in her work, but also through her spontaneous ‘Cocktail Chat’ Facebook Lives, her passion for fabulous food and cocktails, and the gratitude she has for everyone in her life.
She has shown me that business can be a joyful, creative, and generative part of living.

Christina’s job title is ever-changing as her practice evolves, but right now she defines herself as a Life-Love-Relationship Coach. I first met Christina when my ex and I hired her company The Good Divorce to facilitate our separation. Her experience and expertise brought ease and joy to that process, and I realized that she focused not on the divorce, but on creating a new, different relationship with my ex and at the same time using the situation as a springboard to start fresh in my own life. 

Christina’s unique approach to relationships and self-love goes far behind helping people through a divorce. With her tool belt of resources, she coaches people to first find love and caring for themselves and see what they bring to the world, and then create successful, lasting relationships with someone new in the future. 

Take it from me, she asks the tricky questions and doesn’t beat around the bush, but has your best interests at heart and knows just the tool to create greater in life, love and relationships.

As a licenced chiropractor in the United States, Anthony knows a thing or two about bodies. He has always loved how brilliant and capable they are, and loves to assist people in any way he can so that they can love their bodies and get the most out of them and life. But what Anthony found in his chiropractic practice was that most people did not share that same joy for their own bodies, and were not really interested in being the best they could be. 

As he continued his journey, Anthony trained in many different chiropractic and healing techniques, seeking to find new ways to contribute to people in any way he could. As he did, he searched for like-minded folks who were also looking for something greater. He was also seeking a way to help his late wife, who at the time was struggling with mental illness. Following her death and feeling very lost, Anthony turned to God, the universe, anyone, to show him a way forward with it all. Soon after, someone mentioned the Access Bars course to him. Anthony had not idea what it was, but he was willing to explore anything and so he went with his kids and attended the class. 

That one-day class opened up a whole new world for Anthony, and led him to where he is now- facilitating Access Consciousness courses all over the world on the subject of bodies, relationships, the spirit world, and everything in between. Anthony has also developed his own energetic technique which he calls ‘Anthony’s Synthesis of Being’ where he changes and heals the body in ways that chiropractic and conventional techniques are not able to.

It’s amazing how the things we go to school for and study are often not what we end up doing.  That’s exactly what happened with Mehlika, who studied literature but has always had an interest in art.
When she signed up for an art class during her studies and after her son was born, she began an unexpected and incredible exploration of creativity and creation, both personally and professionally. 

The teacher of that class became an inspiration and mentor for Mehlika as she stepped into her calling, realizing that the most magical things get created when there are no rules or instructions.  Her art teacher would give her supplies and simply say ‘Play!’, always encouraging Mehlika to create what inspired her and brought her joy.  That incredible advice continues to shine through in every piece Mehlika makes as she mixes painting, wood burning, and many different techniques to produce her work.

Markéta never ceases to amaze me with her joy. As a wife and mother of 2 young kids, she is always smiling as she travels the world, works with Access Consciousness facilitators, and facilitates her own classes and programs. She loves the life that she has created so much that she has even coined the term ‘Orgasmic Living’ to describe it! 

Fittingly then, that one of her most recent creations is a 2 month long program called Orgasmic Living, which explores creating a truly fantastic life for yourself and loving the heck out of it, whatever that looks like for you. 

The first two programs have been an amazing success, with the Facebook group being a safe, open, non judgemental space where anything and everything can be spoken about and changed. Markéta invites her participants take a totally different perspective with their issues that they feel are ‘stopping’ them from creating the ‘orgasmic’, joyful life that is possible and change them. 

One of the many tools that Markéta mentions is to not have any conclusions about how things have to show up in your life, and to allow some s p a c e so what you are asking for can grow. A lot of us live our lives in a fairly closed, contracted state, with conclusions and judgements guiding our days. Changing this is one of the fundamental aspects of ‘Orgasmic Living’, and something Markéta speaks about at length in her classes, often taking inspiration from nature which does not function that way.

The last three years have seen many changes for Nikolett. From injuring her leg in an accident, separating from her husband and moving back to Hungary and on to creating her own successful podcast and thriving coaching business. 

While creating your own business can be fun and exciting, it is often at the sacrifice of other aspects of one’s life. This is exactly what has happened to Nikolett recently- she realised that she had been putting all of her energy into the ‘drawer’ of her business, while all the other drawers were empty. In fact, it was her body that let her know some change was needed when an injury did no heal, forcing Nikolett to spend time at home and relax for the first time in many months. 

During that time she took a moment to find some balance, as well as acknowledge and be grateful for the past year. This gave her the space to see what she has created, and also for new for new things to show up. For Nikolett, finding balance again brought with it a sense of calm, ease, and more happiness. 

As Nikolett has found, taking the time to acknowledge you and your accomplishments, and getting the energies and things you would like to create for your future is an important part of the creation process, not only for business but in all areas of life.

It’s not often that you find someone who mixes business consulting and wellness coaching, but that is exactly what Paul Kearney does. As a business consultant and project manager for 15 years, Paul also finds reprieve by training and teaching yoga, Tai Chi, and Chi Kong. As he shares, the balance actually allowed him to flourish both professionally and personally and have a happier life overall. 

Since being introduced to Access Consciousness, Paul has also become an Access Certified Facilitator and travels the world facilitating classes about personal growth, business, and everything in between. Around all that, he finds the time to manage Castello di Casalborgone, a luxury hotel in northern Italy that is in a restored castle in the beautiful town of Casalborgone. 

Paul noticed that when he is feeling good, business works better, and so he is capitalizing on a renewed emphasis around employee well-being to bring Access Bars into businesses. Stay tuned to his website for more on that initiative soon!

Eva Dalhoff is always smiling. She loves what she does, who works with, and where she lives. But sometimes it is easier for others to see the joy and gift that you are than for you to recognize and acknowledge it in yourself. 

Following a class in Greece with Access Consciousness facilitator Shannon O’Hara, Eva realized that there were many amazing things she was creating and doing in her life, but that the one constant in all of it was: her. She had not acknowledged that it was her energy and presence that made all of those things unique and greater. 

The class that Eva attended was a 3 Day Body Class, where participants partner up and spend 3 days exchanging unique Access body processes to create dynamic change in their lives and bodies. So when Eva recently experienced paralysis to one side of her face, she immediately asked her body what it was telling her, and what body process could contribute to changing it. Instead of making it a problem, Eva chose to ask a question. 

That different approach led to Eva realizing some really cool things about how she could improve her relationship with her daughter, and that her body would benefit from the body process called Facelift. And after 15 sessions, her face is almost back to normal. 

When you are willing to acknowledge the gift of you, magic really is possible.
