Ashlee Rose knows a thing or two about creating fun, generative, lasting relationships. This is her and her partner’s third time together, so by all accounts in this world they are not a ‘good fit’. Yet they are both happier than ever and creating greater everyday. 

So what’s her secret?!

For Ashlee, one of the most important elements to creating and having great relationships is being willing to have intimacy with yourself and your partner. 

Sound intimidating? Break it down and look at the 5 categories and start with you: honor, trust, allowance, gratitude, and vulnerability. 

But, as in life, the biggest question to ask about relationships is: Is it fun?! I mean seriously, shouldn’t the main goal of life be have fun? Especially in things like relationships where we have total choice about who we choose to create them with. 

Ashlee’s partner adds more fun and joy to her life, and at the same time she is always in question in case that changes. Now that takes true intimacy with oneself.

Glenyce Hughes just celebrated her 24th wedding anniversary with her husband, cordially known as Hubby. But instead of using the word RELATIONship, she likes to look at it, and all the other interactions she has, as a CREATIONship. 

For her, a creationship means that you are creating greater with the other person. In whatever way that looks like in that moment with that person. Period. 

Not defining what that looks like is one important point to having a thriving creationship, be it with your husband, girlfriend, child, or neice. 

In addition to that, Glenyce shares some other tools that she uses: always staying in question (ie. don’t conclude things!), not defining the relationship by the judgements of society, and having allowance for your partner. 

Those may sound like no-brainers, but I assure you they are not! I have recently broken all of them. But choosing to use those tools, as well as others that Glenyce shares in the show, will set you on a path for amazing, fun creationships with everyone in your life.

What do you talk to the co-creator of Access Consciousness about when the world has changed so much in the last couple years? 

The future of course!

Where do we go from here?  What tools can we use to create the greater future we all know is possible?  Why is consciousness important when creating the future? 

Access Consciousness has the definition that ‘consciousness includes everything and judges nothing’.  And what you have to realize is that consciousness starts with you.  

You and the choices you make everyday, to judge or not judge, to choose joy over conflict, to not buy into the insanity of the drama of this world. When you choose something different, choose to BE different, the world changes. 

That is what creates a greater future which includes consciousness.
