Josh Carlegis is a real estate investor and a Co-Founder of SCI Group, a real estate investment firm with the intention of aligning investment opportunities with community growth and improvement.  Josh served as a part of the United State Army and joined the civilian world as a logistics manager, and eventually became the top salesman in the same organization. Currently, Josh has invested in a number of multifamily and retail properties and is living the dream.
