Today, in episode 2 of The Creative and Ambitious Entrepreneur Podcast, we’re going to talk to you about The 5 Strategies we’ve created to grow our million dollar businesses on Zazzle. These 5 Strategies have helped us make 15 million dollars-worth of sales on Zazzle.

Some key points we discuss include:

• Our first strategy, Establish, is where you focus on the direction and vision for your business.

• The second strategy, Create, is where you build up your product inventory that you will sell in your Zazzle store.

• The third strategy, Announce, can make some people nervous, but this strategy is vital to your success because it is ALL about the promotion of your products and business.

• Align is our fourth strategy. The actions you take in your business must be aligned with your earnings goals and the vision of what you want your business to be.

• The fifth strategy is Analyze. This is probably the toughest strategy for our students to implement, but it is also the most important.  If you aren’t taking the time to review your numbers in your business, you can’t re-evaluate what is working and what isn’t.

Each of the 5 Strategies is equally important. You can’t just do one or two, you must do all five together to see growth in your business.
