Ian returned to Perth, Western Australia to work as an Organisational Consultant with the Ministry of Sport and Recreation, which saw him work throughout Australia, Botswana, Lesotho, Malaysia and India. He now offers a range of training and consultancy support for businesses, teams and organisations of all sizes.
