Edmund Kemper, Ed Gein, Richard Ramirez. The lists goes on and on. The 70s were a huge time for serial killers to roam the west coast taking victim after victim. So to my surprise when my curiosity got the best of me and I searched “Are there Serial Killers active today?” I was blown back at the answer I discovered. I was super shocked to see there was one even in my own city!
