What is going on at Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre?

How is it possible that people disappear without a trace? This episode explores the cases of Dean Curtis Mortensen, missing since 1992 from Edmonton, Alberta, and Dana Zelic, missing from Hamilton, ON since 1999.

Where are Dean and Dana?

23-year old Simone Samarah Ann Sanderson of O-Chi-Chak-Ko-Sipi First Nation in Treaty #2 territory would go missing from the city of Winnipeg in August of 2012.

Days later, a body would be found - which would later be revealed to be Simone. What happened to Simone Sanderson?

April 9, 2009. Tori Stafford is missing, and was last seen leaving her public school with an unidentified woman. Tips would come pouring in, and it only took three days for police to narrow in on a suspect. By May 2009, another suspect was identified, and it was determined the two had worked together to abduct Tori.

The case would unfold over a period of four years, and the details would be horrendous and shocking. Tori's family-along with everyone who followed this case-would realize that monsters truly do exist.
