John McLaren Park in San Francisco, California is a 312-acre open space which remained largely wild and unspoiled for decades, characterized by rolling hills covered in dense vegetation. Today’s case takes us back to 1946 in Liverpool, named the friendliest place in England. It’s a maritime city in Northwest England. Which is where the river Mersey meets the Irish sea. It’s famous for the Beatles, Liverpool football club etc. It is also where the first British Chinese Newspaper was produced in 1944. Unfortunately there is a darker side to Liverpool too. As of Jan 2022 there were 175 murders in Liverpool detectives have yet to solve.

On October 28, 1981, three boys make a shocking discovery while playing in a warehouse parking lot - a body lying at the bottom of a ravine. Despite some minor scratches and bruises, the body did not exhibit any evident signs of injury. One of the victims shoes was discovered on a nearby rock pile while the other was missing. The victim was later identified as Kurt Sova, a 17-year-old who had been reported missing only five days prior. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance and death remain unclear, leaving unanswered questions as to what happened during those five days.
