That negative voice in your head has been there for too long now. Why do you listen to that voice? Remember the time when you were confident and in control? Remember when the positive voice was there to give you the support you need?

The positive voice is still there. It's just buried. Its been sleeping because you have been listening to the negative shit for awhile. It's time to start believing in yourself again.

You can do anything. You are a first responder.

So many times in life you feel down. You feel like you aren't good enough. Maybe you are feeling this now. Flip that script. Think of all the good you have accomplished in your life up to this point. You have the power to make the changes to make your life better. But, you have to do the work. No one is coming to do the work for you or save you.

There are people who love and care about you. People who will walk by your side on your journey, but you must do the work. It has always been this way and always will be. Life is an inside game.

    And you can do it.

You don't want to hear this, but you have to. You have to learn to accept where you are right now. It might suck. Most of the time it does, but it's essential for your growth if you accept it. Once you accept you can move forward. If you don't you will stay in the cycle of anger, frustration, depression and all of the other stuff you are dealing with.

Acceptance is the first step towards a better life.

Go out and conquer your day.
