CRIMINAL MASTERMINDS

The recent events in Charlottesville were a great display of violence on both sides. The complete disregard on either end was sad and, in a way, expected. The loss of life, as always, unnecessary. What stands out is the disregard, not only for the laws, but for the constitution as well. One's opinion may be ugly, but is not illegal. A principal which defines our way of life today.

Tracy opens the show talking a little about Civil War. He jumps right into the events in Charlottesville and discusses how the media and many people are missing the bigger issue. Tracy then talks about the six officers who were shot across the nation, in a matter of hours. Two of the officers have lost their lives. Tracy then finishes the show about ranting some more about the violence in Charlottesville.

Cynicism. A personality trait that one adopts when adopting the profession in law enforcement. This personality trait may continue to develop as the officer continues to put on more years. And if not careful, one may get this to accompany their pension. This negative addition maybe the result from the psychological beating that an officer takes during their entire course of their career.

Richard Tracy opens the show with an infamous narration by Paul Harvey called the policeman. He once again takes the opportunity to dog on Madonna and talk about how psychotic she is. Shortly into the show, Tracy reads an article which was written by a traffic officer. This article mentions some of the psychological punishments that the officer endures during his or her career. Along with the article Tracy discusses how easy it is to get consumed by this negative personality trait and allow it to potentially dictate the rest of your life well beyond retirement.

Alcoholism. Every person has a vivid memory of their first encounter with an alcoholic or, at the least, someone very intoxicated. This could be anywhere from the streets of your town to the very living room you spend Thanksgiving with your family and the drunk uncle. This could be a very entertaining, fun and even funny encounter. It could also bring on complete depression, tragedy and misery.

Tracy opens the show up with his vacation and brings you the very special, beach vacation episode. Tracy and Al are humble by the cameo of Madame Chef and the trio discuss alcoholism and their recollection of drunk family members. The irony continues further as Al does something he had never done before, DRINK. Tracy does not spare Al when he mixes a very stiff screwdriver for him. As the show progresses, so does Al's blood alcohol content and you can certainly hear it.
